What is reflexology ?

Reflexology is a massage technique for specific zones of the feet and hands. These zones are called reflexes, because they correspond to the different organs of the body. By massaging these zones, it is possible to influence the entire body in order to reinforce or to re-establish its energy balance and consequently his global health.

 

How does reflexology affect the human body ?

" Energy balance " can be defined as a state of well-being, resulting from the continuous and active flow of the vital energy throughout the body. This balance is necessary for good health to exist.

Any disturbance of this energy balance is the manifestation of a blockage of energy circulation within the body. This blockage can be of different origins : emotional, psychological or physical, and will cause a pathological process, frequently leading to illness and suffering.
