
What is PER ? PER favours the smooth flow of emotions through the human body and helps to create a state of well-being and health. By a form of breathing adapted to what he is living and a contact with his inner feelings, the human being can, in a deliberate and autonomous way, cope with the various agressions life confronts him with, while still maintaining his potential for relaxation, open-mindedness and freedom of action.
