In the end of 20th century, the field of medicine should take into account numerous factors, which have been either overlooked or overshadowed… Stress, massive over-medication, unbalanced nutrition, all sort of stimulants, the physical and mental isolation, in which people increasingly live, are so many elements adversely affecting the balance, on which good health is contingent. This balance also depends on the physical, hereditary and educational resources, with which the person has developed, as well as the emotions experienced (and especially the manner in which he has dealt with them).

The concept of energy is fundamental to a balanced well-being : every symptom and/or illness (be it critical or seemingly benign) can be assimilated to an energy blockage, whereas a good state of health is actually the sign of free-flowing energy, circulating within the body due to a perfect harmony between the body and the mind.

Since already 15 years, the VITAMED Clinic has built its practice around this vital concept of energy.

The principal responsability for his health lies with the patient himself and therefore for the happiness or unhappiness he lives. The essential goal of the Clinic and its therapists is to help the patient to understand and to change his ways of coping with the problems, with which his life is confronting him. In order to do this, and based on the Clinic’s solid experience, the following measures are proposed (in accordance, of course, with each person’s individual needs) :

1 - Definition of the patient’s specific « resources » (specific strength and weaknesses)

2 - Choice of the best possible approaches, whether isolated or complementary, aiming to preserve or reestablish energy balances.

  • replacement or supplementation treatments : orthomolecular medicine (vitamin / trace elements therapies), ozonotherapy

Helping the patient to get well and to regain the balance, which the illness has upset, is the role of the therapists of the Clinic (doctor, osteopath, psychologist, other specialists). The patient then recovers his innate strengths, and his being, allowing him to live in the present moment in harmony with his deepest emotions. Through this approach the patient discovers, that he can live in both, good health and happiness !
