What is ERP ?
ERP treats the scars, wrinkles and facial cutaneous loosening. ERP, invented by Philippe Simonin, is an intradermal, electric stimulation.
The technique consits in inserting one or several needles of 2/10 mm into the skin, to then run an electric current of a low frequency with an intensity of 0,3 A and a voltage between 0 and 12 volts.
Numerous scientific studies have been done on this technique, patented in 1981. The photographs, imprints, biopsies and measurements of skin elasticity have established the validity of this method, which, except the needles, doesnt introduce any material under the skin.
What effect does the ERP have on the human body ?
The ERP works by electrostimulation of the connective tissues.
This method reinforces the derma which has been weakened and whose capacity of self-restructuration is diminishing with age. The cause of this degenerative process is mostly the alteration of the elastic and collagen fibres as well as the reduction of the metabolism of the fibroblasts, which causes hypotonia on the face, on which more or less profound wrinkles will appear.
ERP lessens or erases wrinkles, while restoring the skin elasticity, without any short or long term risk.
